During PLC’s lease, who will maintain the property and its surrounding areas?

PLC is responsible for ensuring the staging yard is kept neat, orderly, and complies with applicable laws. This includes mowing, weed control, trash, and litter removal. In addition, PLC will keep the surrounding streets clear of construction material, dirt, mud, and other debris associated with construction operations as much as possible. Construction vehicles will be limited to specific entrance and exit points to limit material leaving the site.
